MyHomeFX is a free mobile self-assessment and home screening tool providing personalized home safety and modification recommendations for older adults, people with disabilities and their care providers to increase home safety and accessibility.
MyHomeFX Pro
MyHomeFX Pro is the first Canadian-made digital health assessment and home evaluation tool designed for Occupational Therapists to expedite client care plans and home modifications interventions. The comprehensive database of equipment and home modification solutions coupled with the auto-generated reporting increases clinical efficiencies so interventions can be implemented to increase safety and accessibility for people with disabilities and older adults across Canada!
Incluzia partnered with University of Manitoba’s Occupational Therapy Research Department to conducted a pan-Canadian research survey, “Occupational Therapy Home Assessments Methods and Priorities” which has informed development of MyHomeFX Pro. Current research is now focused on acceptance and usability of the tool in clinical practice in anticipation of MyHomeFX coming to market Spring 2025!
Access Match
A web application that will help people find housing to rent or purchase with the accessibility features they need. We are currently working with other Canadian stakeholders to create a tool for property owners and managers to market their accessible properties directly to older adults and people with disabilities.
Disability Impact Tool
A customizable, evidence-based tool that measures disability impact and includes both functional and medical evaluation components to help determine eligibility for disability-related programs, benefits and service offerings.
