
Marnie Courage is the Founder CEO of Incluzia Inc. As an occupational therapist, educator, speaker, technical expert in accessible housing and with over 20 years of clinical experience, Marnie is driving change towards equitable and accessible housing in Canada. Her innovative work includes developing the IncluzIT PRO and IncluzIT HOME digital health and home evaluation platforms designed to optimize health and housing outcomes. Marnie is considered a thought leader in accessible housing and home modifications as her unique perspective comes from the nexus of healthcare and housing and is attracting support in both the aging and healthtech sectors. Her leadership and advocacy are demonstrated through her contributions to the CSA B-652 Accessible Dwellings Standard technical committee, The Canadian Home Builder’s Association’s Adaptiv Home Course, the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists’s Home Modification Task Force, and more. Marnie is the proud recipient of the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists’ 2024 Innovative Practice Award, the Award of Merit (along side the CAOT Home Modification Task Force) and won first place in AGE-WELL’s 2024 Age-tech National Impact Challenge for her revolutionary health and home assessment platforms.
