Marnie is an Occupational Therapist and accessible housing technical expert. With more than 20 years owning an occupational therapy clinic in Winnipeg, Canada, Marnie is also educator and speaker with passion for collaboratively working with stakeholders to advance accessible housing and health outcomes for older adults and people with disabilities.

Hamza is an achievement driven and visionary business leader with a proven track record and extensive experience in operational and technical leadership in healthcare. Hamza excels in the design and implementation of company infrastructure and digital systems. Hamza’s collaborative and analytical approach is ensuring Incluzia’s innovations are solving user problems with sustainable digital solutions that can be scaled globally.

Principal Developer

As Principal Developer at Incluzia, Slava is working collaboratively with our founders and advisors to produce innovative and evidence-based digital platforms. With a passion for meaningful contributions to community and commitment to security, innovation and developing products that have a positive social impact, Slava is helping to drive the creation of scalable, secure platforms that bridge healthcare and home safety for Canadians.

Christina Edawards

Administrative Support

Christina manages administrative systems, HR processes, and operations at Incluzia. She streamlines workflows, handles onboarding and team coordination, and ensures operational efficiency. With her eagle-eye attention to detail, Christina ensures our team and customers are supported at ever step.


Angela McMillan

Occupational Therapist

With more a clinical career bolstered on a strong medical-legal, and life care planning foundation, Angela brings her ethical and social justice lens to all Incluzia offers. She is instrumental in our research projects,  user engagement and professional advisory input, ensuring are products and services are evidence-based.

Our Partners

University of Manitoba

We partner with the University of Manitoba, led by Jacquie Ripat of the Department of Occupational Therapy in the research and testing of IncluzIT Pro digital health and home evaluation platform designed for Occupational Therapists. With a national survey conducted in 2024 to occupational therapists in various clinical settings across Canada, the study informed both the need and priorities for our solutions. We are currently partnering on a usability and acceptance study of IncluzIT PRO, using simulated clinical settings. We are looking forward to sharing results of this research!

Centre For Techology Adoption for Aging in the North 

We have partnered with Centre for Technology Adoption for Aging in the North, built on a collaboration with University of Northern BC, Northern Health and AGE-WELL, they are testing our innovations to ensure our technology is usable and accessible to older adults, caregivers, healthcare providers and care systems that support them in the North.

Sheridan College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning

We have partnered with The Sheridan College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning, who is evaluating the potential integration of AI into Incluzia’s technology solutions and providing in-depth analysis of user testing feedback to inform ongoing development of Incluzia’s innovations.

Incluzia is the proud winner of AGEWELL’s 2024 National Impact Challenge!  Through AGEWELL’s support we have been able to build our team capacity, create a strategic plan and advance development of IncluzIT PRO and InluzIT HOME.

CENTRE FOR AGING AND BRAIN HEALTH INNOVATION

Incluzia is excited to share that we were one of 23 Innovators awarded with the Centre for Aging and Brain Health Institute Ignite Program funding in 2025! With CABHI’s support we are accelerating our product development, marketing strategy and implementing our business plan to get our revolutionary health and home assessment platforms to market this year!
