IncluzIT HOME (formally MyHomeFX) is a FREE web-based application with fall risk, home safety and accessibility screenings to identify personalized Aging in Place support services, equipment and home adaptations for older adults, people with disabilities and their care providers to be able to make informed decisions about their health and home.
Incluzia has partnered with Red River Community College in the development of this tool which is coming to market Summer 2025!
IncluzIT PRO (formally MyHomeFX Pro) is the first Canadian-made digital health assessment and home evaluation platform designed for Occupational Therapists to expedite client care plans and home modifications interventions. The comprehensive database of equipment and home modification solutions coupled with the auto-generated reporting increases clinical efficiencies so interventions can be implemented to increase safety and accessibility for people with disabilities and older adults across Canada!
Incluzia partnered with University of Manitoba’s Occupational Therapy Research Department to conducted a pan-Canadian research survey, “Occupational Therapy Home Assessments Methods and Priorities” which has informed development of Incluzit PRO. Current research is now focused on acceptance and usability of the tool in clinical practice in anticipation of IncluzIT PRO coming to market Summer 2025!
