Our data analytics and validated outcome measurement system produces important data reporting that can help inform organization efficiencies and influence policy as it relates to the health and housing needs of Canadians.

Incluzia partnered with University of Manitoba’s Occupational Therapy Research Department to conducted a pan-Canadian research survey, “Occupational Therapy Home Assessments Methods and Priorities” which has informed development of Incluzit PRO. Current research is now focused on acceptance and usability of the tool in clinical practice in anticipation of IncluzIT PRO coming to market Summer 2025!

IncluzIT HOME

IncluzIT HOME is a FREE aging and home safety planning tool. This web-based application with fall risk, home safety and aging in place ratings produce personalized recommendations, product and service suppliers directories for older adults, people with disabilities, and their care providers to be able to make informed decisions about their health and home.

Incluzia has partnered with Red River Community College in the development of this tool which is coming to market Summer 2025!
